Say Say Say, Inc. is a modern design laboratory based in Vienna’s MuseumsQuartier and Hell’s Kitchen, New York City. We use the codes, sensations, and objects of the present and past to transform them into new visual possibilities and future design languages. A multisensory combinatory play. Poétique and Pop.

Say Say Say, Inc. was founded in 2011 by Austrians Jutta Wacht and René Poell. The design duo met in the 1990s, but it took a special day in Paris in 2005, in a Café lined with delirious 1970s wallpaper, when they had their ‘Charles and Ray Eames moment’ and knew that they would work together in the future.

Say Say Say, Inc. explores unusual aspects of reality, constantly searching for new perspectives on the internal and future nature of objects and images moving between sensuality and logic, aesthetics and technology, pop culture and philosophy.

Jutta Wacht
Creative Director and founding partner

Jutta studied Design at École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (EnsAD) in Paris (2004–2006) and Visual Communication and Fashion Design in Vienna (1995–2004). Jutta is also a founding partner of Digitale Kultur OG, editor-in-chief of Periodikum Magazine, and co-founder of the exhibition space Antichambre at Q21 / MuseumsQuartier Vienna.
